How do I get a receipt for my donation? receipts
We email receipts automatically after a successful donation. If you didn’t receive one, check spam and then contact us with your email and approximate time of donation.
Can I request a refund? refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. In limited cases (e.g., duplicate charge or confirmed error), we can assist. Please contact us with your reference details.
What documents are required to start a campaign? campaigns
You’ll need valid ID, medical reports, and hospital details. We may request additional verification from partners or hospitals before publishing.
How are funds disbursed? payments
Funds are disbursed directly to hospitals or partners after verification. We don’t pay beneficiaries directly except in approved circumstances.
I didn’t get my login code. What should I do? account
Check spam or promotions tabs and confirm your email is correct. If it still doesn’t arrive, wait 60 seconds and try again. You can also reach out and we’ll assist.
