Small Help Humanitarian Foundation (“Small Help”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a philanthropic crowdfunding platform to fund urgent medical care for indigent patients across Africa. - Account & profile: name, email, phone, password hash, location (state/LGA), profile photo.
- Campaign data: patient details, hospital information, invoices, medical reports, media uploaded, updates, communications.
- Donations: amounts, currency, timestamps, messages, gift preferences (e.g., recurring). We never store full card numbers.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser, cookies, pages viewed, referral data, approximate location.
- Communications: emails, support requests, verification records and call notes.
4. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, from publicly available sources, from hospitals and verification partners, and automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

We keep information for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise data.
